100% of our pastries are baked in house every single morning (yes, even the bagels!). We’re a micro bakery so everything is available until sold out! We never use seed oils or artificial dyes in anything. Simple ingredients for happy bellies.

Our kitchen is open from 7am to 2pm daily and makes breakfast sandwiches and more fresh to order. Everything is made on our house made bread, which is baked fresh each morning! Scratch kitchen indeed.
From farm to table
We source as many of our ingredients locally as possible. We are a small business surrounded by small farms. So hooray to sustainable eating and our bodies are happier for it! Read more about our local ingredients here! (Including 100% of our eggs!)
from matcha to espresso
Though we started as a matcha bar, coffee is also our passion. We source our beans from Three Ships Coffee Roasters, a small roaster based in Virginia Beach. Our matcha and hojicha is 100% organic and gets shipped directly from Uji, Kyoto, Japan. All of our syrups and flavors are made in house daily by our baristas. So you know they’re made with real ingredients. (and love!)
