Mele Mele Bakery is located in the Old Waialua Sugar Mill, on the north shore of Oahu. We love to create with the local goods growing locally, only making what we enjoy ourselves.

Our matcha and hojicha is organic and comes from Kyoto, Japan. We offer a number of drinks, using only natural flavors and colors while allowing the beautiful flavor of tea shine.

We have a rotating list of roasters we love to use in house. Our main squeeze is Three Ships, located in Virginia Beach!

Our loaves and baguettes are baked fresh in house daily. We’re a small batch bakery, meaning everything is hand mixed and hand shaped.

We offer a variety of baked goods, from Scandinavian style buns to bagel weenies. We like to keep things fresh and fun by experimenting with new a creative flavor combinations. You never know what you’ll get to try the next time you come in!

All custom cakes are made by Song Song herself. The menu is ever changing, and each cake is garnished with local florals.
