Green Monster Farms
We get all of our eggs from Toni Ichikawa right down the road from our cafe. Our partnership began in the fall of 2024 when the egg shortage was at its peak. At the time, we would get a few dozen eggs as she added more hens to her farm. Today we’ve continued that relationship and get over 80 dozen eggs a week! Your pastries and sandwiches are always made with eggs from happy chickens living only a mile away.
HI Honey
Our longest partnership has been with our friend Stas at HI Honey Farm, also based out of Waialua. They have an array of honey from Oahu and the Big Island so you can taste the difference between different pollinated flowers. They also do tours where you’ll learn all about the process, say hi to the bees, and do a tasting!
Sweetland Farms
Our chèvre comes from right up the road at Sweetland Goat Farm. We use this in our sandwiches and pastries daily. They have more than just chèvre, but an array of cheeses! They also have a selection of goat milk soaps, caramel, gelato, and more. They also do tours, so if you’re lucky, you can pet some baby goats!
Farmer Fred
Another long time partnership, we source eggs, our local greens, and vegetables from Farmer Fred. If you’ve been lucky enough to try our See You Tomato, Fred is where we get our tomatoes from!
